Thanks for sharing with the community! There is definitely a need for this.
Just curious -- do you have plans to allow direct exporting of a VM snapshot? That would eliminate one copy operation.

openbacchus/bacchus I am not a code geek, so I am sorry for the future bugs in advance. I would like to draw your attention that Bacchus is not ready for production yet. It works well when all conditions are met (in a healthy oVirt/RHEV-M env.) but needs some more improvement on error handling.
