I had the same issue... But going to 4.2....

oVirt-4.1 is not supported anymore, so no-one tries hard to make sure it's
still installable.
Above site currently has only 3.10, 3.12 and 4.0:
No idea if a direct replacement can be:

But it does not stop there.... Once you try to upgrade you will have rpm signature problems.... So be aware that you will have to install those from the cache manually... A
P.S. I wouldn't do this on a production env.... I would go straight to 4.2 if possible.
