You should only install Node to one disk, the boot/operating system disk.  The other disks for storage will be provisioned later during the ovirt/engine installation.  You will be able to choose which volumes the data domains use during the installation.

All disk must be without any partition table?

My target is on the first disk ovirt node, second vmstore/engine volume and third for data.
