This sounds like a different issue (which is ALSO fixed in latest 4.1 - https://gerrit.ovirt.org/#/c/77432/ perhaps?).
I assume you'll keep running into issues, some of which we've already fixed - I hope you can upgrade soon to the latest 4.1.

Also note that VDSM has to be patched to work on 7.4 with no issues. oVirt 3.6 and 4.1 have required fixes, but oVirt 4.0 doesn’t.
