Hello Stephane,

There might be unfinished jobs in the database.
Can you check from the job table and see if there is any unfinished job 

#Engine > select * from job where status!=‘FINISHED’;

If yes, then clear that job and restart ovirt-engine service.

After that try to put host into maintenance mode and see if it works for you.
