I faced the same mirror issue for two days. I saw you pushed a new iso image and tried it, but still the same. I use this one https://resources.ovirt.org/pub/ovirt-4.4/iso/ovirt-node-ng-installer/4.4.10-2022020214/el8/

Error message:

Did you merge PR with mirror changes?
