This is likely due to centos8 not node image in particular. Centos8 dropped support for many lsi raid controllers including older perc controllers.

It is possible to load drivers during install. I have not done it with node but I know it’s possible with regular centos8 install.

The Installer shows no disk at all in system it has 6 seen by 4.3.9.
