Not sure. Please check/share also:

systemctl status ovirt-ha-agent
systemctl status ovirt-ha-broker
df

It seems like the command ["hosted-engine",
"--reinitialize-lockspace", "--force"] failed to connect to the
broker. Can't tell if it's because the broker failed to start, or
failed to create the socket, or the client failed to access the
socket, etc.
