I have the same problem and couldn't figure out what had happened in the last 2/3 weeks. Now I know: I installed PrivacyBadger :-)Chrome is my primary browser and I use oVirt admin portal daily without issue. Are you getting any errors accessing at all? Could it be a certificate issue perhaps?

Do you have any extensions installed? I also had a similar problem with Chrome on macOS but it disappeared after I disabled Privacy Badger for the Engine url (even though PB says it didn't detect any trackers).
