Can you attach the complete setup log?

I can see the function still exists in the code in 4.1.1, and during the setup we do create or replace for all stored procedures.

I guess you can manually run it to add it back, but they will know best.

drop function if exists public.gettagsbyparent_id(uuid) cascade;

But nothing else. This function is not recreated. Any hint about what happened ?
