This sometimes happens with Copr repo. I've seen similar error. But will work after some time. I don't know the reason for this instability.
Can the pkg get hosted on a more stable repo like on CentOS storage sig repos? e.g http://mirror.centos.org/centos/7/storage/x86_64/gluster-6/
