New gerrit repo for puppet
Hello, As I mailed before in another thread, I'd like a gerrit repository to store the puppet environment(s) for the infra team and to replace https://github.com/ekohl/ovirt-infra-puppet. I'd propose the name 'puppet' because it's clear and I don't think it will conflict with other repositories. If the ovirt project would maintain a puppet module to manage ovirt using puppet, the naming convention commonly used would name it puppet-ovirt. Permission wise I think ovirt infra should be maintainer.

I'd prefer infra-puppet then because puppet-infra looks too much like the puppet module naming scheme and implies a puppet module.
