OST fails on 004_basic_sanity.verify_glance_import
Hi all, [1], which I ran for verifying [2], fails for me at 004_basic_sanity.verify_glance_import . I can see several different cases of failure there reported to devel@, last one 1.5 months ago. In the past it was networking issues (accessing glance). The error message does not contain any useful information: https://jenkins.ovirt.org/view/oVirt%20system%20tests/job/ovirt-system-tests... We run OST a lot recently and did not see this error, try to rebuild. [1]

Its not a known issue AFAIK, though it is dependent on the network to the glance instance, which sometimes can be unstable or slow, hence a test can fail. We've had a network outage this morning, it could be related to it. If you see the same test failure repeatedly, then we'll need to investigate further if something is wrong with the glance server.

Hello. Glance itself should be fine as it is in OSAS. But since there was no network in PHX DC for some time it means that jenkins was not able to access glance for some time. I think it is better to rerun first before checking further. Anton.

Depending on external service in OST is big no no. How do you want to gate patches when a test can fail randomly because of environment? We must run glance inside the closed OST environment. Same for yum repos, we must use mirrors running in the closed environment. Nir
