I'm running a new project that is still in creation/planning mode (nothing public yet), and it's really shifted my @work as well as my @home attention. I *love* what has been going on the last few months, just wish I could pitch in more. In order to better manage my own time - and anyone else willing - I'm wondering about/looking for someone to be active as a project coordinator for oVirt infra. Some of us have been trying to do that - Ewoud, I'm looking at you - while also doing the actual workload of the team. For example, we could use some help with setting and driving toward priorities. We've had some situations with www.ovirt.org and resources.ovirt.org the last few months that may have been solved sooner with some coordination across individuals. What I'm hoping for is someone who can help us get our work organized so the few hours I can spend per week on oVirt infra are filled and useful. For example, having everything in a ticket and prioritized against a project plan, my time could be very useful rather than potentially wasted chasing down the wrong problem. It's taken a bit to reply and this may not be a full response, but I don't want this thread to die because I think you are correct. We do need someone to organize the team. And I also know I'm not the ideal person to do this. Primairly because I'm also lacking time and would prefer to focus on the technical side with the little time I have free. I also think having a face-to-face as as dneary proposed[1] is a great way to kickstart the team and set some shared goals. [1]: http://lists.ovirt.org/pipermail/infra/2013-July/003450.html

The top priorities for me are to solve the "linode01 is 97% full all the time" issue - anyone know where we can get more storage for that server, or where we have a lot of storage elsewhere, where we can move Gerrit and/opr downloads ASAP? Is one of the Rackspace servers allocated to become resources.ovirt.org at this point? The big disk hogs are Gerrit and downloads - if we can sort those out, Mailman archives are actually pretty small by comparison.
