Hey David, as Antoni already pointed out, this is a basic Fedora / systemd feature. It actually solves problems and I'd also suggest - like Antoni - to take these new names. I don't know of a way of turning this naming off. This upstream document gives some more insight: http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/systemd/PredictableNetworkInterfac= eNames/ One note: The CentOS based Node is still using the "old" NIC naming. - fabian --=-+EpQwAzxWACp7pzWKFQI Content-Type: application/pgp-signature; name="signature.asc" Content-Description: This is a digitally signed message part Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.15 (GNU/Linux) iQIcBAABAgAGBQJS71rgAAoJEC9+uOgSHVGUTScQAKH0L5MfsIli3A5WKfARsRyw DNfr8+SolDx2JTvuikxL9ZzU5KaYUgFtMpGSmtsVQP1Afhxp5D56fbyimM4PPW1A idT30S0E1OkcwVz/O8VpwbVXbDgLsa/snV9Vo+tLY8p3n1jF8RO4g7a4fTo/DZAk SQGXId7E7eBVVyb7NxtmJr0gyh/kXTUDnKTjPZsub7UaADG5XlVf46qIA8cUBr0q QcLblqv0wymnhLGx1oDcwuniFU16+wrF6mRa/tVJIMb8F5EOWWSihltuNLP3G+Yw +1e9Vjzz9E49xvc5gOBVgByXMEIkHsQWNxUYSZhPyENJmM7iEcOld/GPnh3HW759 bQveDVv55rUxpK5YllCY/zI3ISHyB0EdlcJA7N9X3gufcKUB+A49Aq9+O3EnW3ow BeELhG6HJ3pxpekRHnrMUZrd1F1m32MrvWLqIfGG/B2Nv4ZCAtD23W2eEJvo7f2S YPx32kBRw8BXScbYX1aG0wSCQKULVHtZ3J9LI6ji6Fnb1Pv1SVQ+EcBNZl5hpVmi AE3e5XqakvX/5GyXZZywlORfTpoaYje/6UDXPyZdswzjS4fUVaKY8dIc8jaGKq2f XhcJa6hGdy5w1dMBTLL5lrCs1rx/a1WYFU23FaLMUWv8Lo9PB6HXoOvm1LT2ur4V lwAYm7R4VXuBqU/WEeJg =0u0f -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --=-+EpQwAzxWACp7pzWKFQI--
