Problem with 3.5.1 hosted engine setup

It's a known issue that have been fixed in next oVirt release (3.5.2) currently scheduled for April 28th. You can either wait for the release or use RC4 pre release following instructions in the release notes at http://www.ovirt.org/OVirt_3.5.2_Release_Notes
