Helo, I had the exact error yesterday when I deployed OLVM (Oracle Linux 8 / oVirt 4.5) in self-hosted / Gluster setup. Oddly enough, I simply cleaned up the host (ovirt-hosted-engine-cleanup), reboot, and tried again, this time, it worked just fine.
