ovirt-engine is dependent on jboss, not just the webadmin or user portal 
(and we are discussing it with Marek).
the first release won't be a fedora feature, just an external repo and 
it comes with a ovirt-engine-jbossas-5 rpm which is based on the jboss 
zipped version
