At the meeting today we discussed opening mailing lists to allow
posting by anyone to ovirt.org mailing lists in order to be friendlier
to other communities and the need for cross-posting.

We decided to first try removing the notice that tells people their
post is held for moderation. If moderators are fast in working their
queue, people shouldn't notice the hold.

To set this on your mailing lists:

1. Open the list, go to 'General Options'.
2. Scroll down to 'Send mail to poster when their posting is held for
approval?', which is the 'respond_to_post_requests' option, and set it
to 'No'.

Alternately, you can substitute your listname here for $LISTNAME:
