My experience starts right before the open sourcing, and the bits I
found interesting (governance, how open sourcing occurred, etc.) are
in the generic presentation. In particular, I think it's valuable to
note the efforts of the project to allow people to participate
everywhere, not just in the code - infrastructure, documentation,
evangelism, etc. - right from the beginning.
