feature suggestion: initial generation of management network

Of course I would like to see this happening as fast as we can!
No need for duplicate logic, nor the difference between deployment and standard operation.

I also think we can remove the ovirtmgmt concept in time.. as if I understand correctly, we do not actually need a special network for management, it may be treated the same as any other network.
