#kvm is on freenode
#virt (libvirt & friends) is on oftc
#vdsm is on freenode
#rhev is on freenode

So yes, it's  all over the place.
But on the plus side we do have over 100 people on IRC as I type this today.

Ideally we'd all be on one place on freenode.
