Call for oVirt subproject release note beats!

At this time the Wiki has only been updated by maintainers of the SDK, CLI, and Engine subprojects. Even of those I am of the belief that only the Engine section provides enough information to provide a meaningful release note. Barring further updates I will be getting my creative writing hat on...you have all been warned ;p.
