ovirt f17 beta repo

I saw a discussion on #ovirt about how the build system is supposed to
increment the _XXXX past the version but that's not happening.  Well,
newer rpms are now posted to the repo, but because the
version is the same expect for the githash, it won't upgrade.  Can we
get this fixed[1]?
