The draft agenda is based on all the topics that Jason sent to me, if you
have update those~, let us change it~
It is a challenge that most of audience are chinese and all speakers give
presentations in english~.
So, we are planning to select some volunteers from our team to take the
role of translators who will
help audience to understand what the speakers say. Of couse, they need to
do some pratices on 19,20 March and make themselves get familiar with
the contents ahead of time ~
here are some infos about the venue for your reference:
we have two conference rooms: one with the capability of 84 fixed seats,
the othter with the capability of 24 seats which can be extended to 35

Thank you very much for adjusting my initial ideas to the local
culture and expectations.
Your list may have dropped some items that others said are MUST topics
in the discussion on arch at ovirt.org. Perhaps we can give less time to
more topics?
Could you forward your suggestions to the thread on arch at ovirt.org?
We need to discuss with that group what are the real topics we want
and can cover.

I have only been working on the open workshop agenda. My understanding
is the Red Hat team want to cover all the topics I included in the
open agenda at more depth and breadth.
It would be good to hear from IBM and Intel what they want to hear
about in the 2-day workshop.
Do we know who is attending this workshop? Maybe we can make a mailing
list for just those people to discuss the agenda, etc.
