ovirt bugzilla

Just going through some of the various bits of code and in the man-page
documents, we've got:

Report bugs to <http://bugzilla.redhat.com>

Is the redhat bugzilla open enough to allow ovirt community folks to
file bugs against the ovirt release there? or should we think about
hosting a community bugzilla for the ovirt packages?
