I think that if you mark dates as "Estimated date for release XXX" you can easily update this date as all community understands that those may changed.
This way you can subscribe to changes in the calendar and got them as they are published
I don't think this should contain only fixed dates, even events dates (like oVirt test day) might be changed (and we had already that also...)
