Hi,

Although, these are not newly introduced strings for 3.6, they were
brought to my attention by other translators and I would like to check
with you.

IRS_NETWORK_ERROR
IRS_PROTOCOL_ERROR
IRS_RESPONSE_ERROR
*Strings:***
Storage Manager Service not responding.
Storage Manager protocol error.
Storage Manager response error.
*Question: * Is "Storage Manager" referring to "Storage Pool Manager"?
If so, could you please fix it in the source code?
