[ovirt-devel] outage in phx datacenter

fyi,

due to a power outage in the phx datacenter (which affected other products
as well),
some of the ovirt infra is experiencing problems, like offline slaves in
jenkins.

the infra team is looking at it and will update once systems are back up,
