[ovirt-devel] Ovirt upgrade job failing

Hi,

seems like backport of https://gerrit.ovirt.org/#/c/48255/
is adding 03_06_1930_change_cpu_name_ibm_power_8.sql which causes 
the master's 03_06_1930_convert_hibernation_volumes_to_disks.sql not to run when upgrading.

The 03_06_1930_convert_hibernation_volumes_to_disks.sql introduces the snapshots.memory_metadata_disk_id .
