Just another question, is it ok if I add a

instead?
it has openvswitch-2.3.1-2.el7.x86_64.rpm
<http://mirror.centos.org/centos/7/cloud/x86_64/openstack-kilo/common/openvswitch-2.3.1-2.el7.x86_64.rpm>
I'd rather prefer to work with CentOS Cloud SIG there.

This will allow to rely on centos-release-openstack.noarch for CentOS Virt
SIG oVirt releases.
