[ovirt-devel] [ATTN] VDSM netinfo changes break hosted-engine --deploy

VDSM's commit ef992682782853a20d8f537a96ba376286ef10df moved netinfo under
network folder and that break hosted-engine --deploy. It will fail with
```
# hosted-engine --deploy
***L:ERROR Internal error: No module named netinfo.cache
```
