[ovirt-devel] ovirt-engine dependencies and packaging plans for 4.2

I'm suggesting a packaging change for ovirt-engine allowing to reduce the
space needed to install a minimal ovirt-engine.

Martin says:
We should get rid of PostgreSQL RPM dependency when we move to SCL version
of PG9.5/9.6, which is planned fo 4.2
Do we have a bz to track it? How engine-setup can upgrade from a non-scl to
a scl postgres setup? Who's going to handle it?
