[ovirt-devel] ovirt-engine 4.2.0 respin

Hi,
a few blockers have been fixed since ovirt-engine-4.2.0 tag so we need to
respin for RC2.
On master a few patches have been merged targeting 4.2.1, here's the
changelog:
