I agree it's subjective, but the resulting user experience isn't pleasant
either  - it is perceived as if oVirt is making the VM slow, for no good
reason. I do think we could do a better job. For example, not to slow down
server OS VMs (we do not expect users logged in, and to save their work,
etc.), or only do it in Windows and when X is running, etc.
