It looks like you triggered the build job manually, the automated
testing and publishing apparatus currently only triggers on Gerrit
merge events.

I could manually get the package deployed to the 'tested' repo (From
which it will be published to the nightly snapshot) if we have good
enough reasons to believe it is not broken.
