The change Juan refers to was just a renaming related to the network
filter parameters. The network filter parameters concept is available
in python-ovirt-engine-sdk4 with version 4.2.

The test requires python-ovirt-engine-sdk4 version 4.2 to be
installed.

python-ovirt-engine-sdk4 version > 4.2 is available in the
ovirt-master-snapshot repository, which could be added by installing
http://resources.ovirt.org/pub/yum-repo/ovirt-release-master.rpm .
