core: fix remove stateless images flow in run vm

when running a stateless vm, if stateless images already exist,
they are being deleted. this currently fails because RestoreStatelessVm cannot acquire lock,
which already acquired on runVm.
this patch fix this by passing the lock to that command in the commandContext.
