Made Gerrit* objects able to run commands

Objects can now run Gerrit commands over SSH, assuming authentication
issues are taken care of (e.g. user has SSH key for Gerrit loaded into
SSH agent).

Also amended job configurations to get the needed Python dependencies in
place.
