Put all rpms in directory, let's say /var/lib/repos.local
Run:
# createrepo /var/lib/repos.local
Add the following file:
/etc/yum.repos.d/local.repo
---
[local]
name=local
baseurl=file:///var/lib/repos.local
enabled=1
gpgcheck=0
priority=1
protect=1
---
Then:
yum install ovirt-engine
