available in F19.  I think we can move nightly to be f19+ only.

A couple things:

vdsm, iiuc, is only supported on F19, not F18.
Also, we include the virt-preview repo on Fedora for the newer 
libvirt-daemon

vdsm only supported on F19
libvirt 1.0.2 is available in virt-preview which is included in the 
ovirt-release repos by default
