Installing foreman on alterway02

I'm trying to install foreman on alterway02, but what IP space do we
have? I noticed it's in a /24 block, but I doubt we can fully use that
given the shortage of IPv4 space.

I also limited the NFS access to just that /24 block instead of
0.0.0.0/0, but I'm sure we could limit it a but further.

Lastly we should figure out how to manage DNS. It would be great if
foreman could create entries.
