proposal: stop build nightly rpms for fedora 18 and add f20

hi,

following updated stats [1] on nightly downloads for fedora 18 on ovirt-engine,
do we want to stop building f18 nightlies and shift to build f20 instead?
we can keep the released RPMs for now, until f18 won't be supported anymore.
this means we can reinstall our current VMs running f18 as f20 (maybe leave one for manual builds).

any objections?
