Billy, could you point me to your attempt to discuss this on devel at ovirt.org? I could not find any post under your name. A link like http://lists.ovirt.org/pipermail/users/2016-November/043911.html would be most useful.

The short answer is that OvS is not yet available, and that we're working hard to make it reach a tech-preview state.
To understand about your specific issue, I'll need to hear more details about the failures you see.
