[ovirt-devel] 3.6 upstream deps failure

The reason it has missing rpms is because the nightly publisher didn't run
for a few days and rpms started to get deleted by the cleaner.
The reason it didn't run is because 'cockpit ovirt 3.6 build artifacts' job
was failing, and still is, we're created [1] to track it and assign it to
the maintainer.

Attempt to deploy those RPMs to experimental failed because triggering the
jobs for 3.6 for some of the projects ( e.g iso-uploader 3.6 ) failed,
so it needs to be fixed as well so we won't be dependent on the publisher
for the experimental repos.

To fix the repo I've used the old 'cockpit ovirt 3.6' job which still has
the working RPMs from the last run and the publisher now passed, so all
missing RPMs should be in the repo,
but we need to fix the build issue for cockpit if we don't want to see it
happen again.
