Can't use docker'command in Jenkins: client is newer than server

Hello,

We recently added a Jenkins job to build the 'ovirt-containers' project.
That job uses the 'docker' command to build images, but it looks like
there is a mismatch between the version of the docker client and the
version of the docker server:

  Error response from daemon: client is newer than server (client API
version: 1.24, server API version: 1.22)

How can we solve that?
