oVirt website Builder upgrade

Quack,

The Builder was rebuilded on a recent environment with magical Ansible
rules[1] on a new OSCI VM in the Community Cage. It was previously on
OS1 which is doomed to disappear, and the former VM was shutdown more
and more often which was a real pain (probably as an incentive to go away).

The current system is cleaner and maintenance will be easier. I'm
monitoring it closely, but if you find any problem do not hesitate
