[lago-devel] Latest ovirt-system-tests doesn't perform reposync?

I'm still running on Lago 0.18 (can't upgrade due to F24 bug deps with
repoman), and when I switched to the latest ovirt-system-tests, something's
not sync'ing the repos correctly:
