Not sure why, but adding back "bootmenu enable='yes'" solved the problem.

I'm not very much interested in mock (I think it's not a good idea), but I
can check.
Where do I get gerrit.ovirt.org/jenkins/mock_configs/mock_runner.sh from?
simple wget fails obviously.
