I had no idea whether to keep it or not.
I already disabled selinux after having realized it lead to a read only 
root file system.

About the issue above, no being able to reach some random port would 
indeed be caused by the firewall, so I'll give it a try.

Nope, I already tried that before answering.
Eventually, it did the trick to run :
# ip link set 8938-930e31b down

After the next run, no more NIC issue, but back to the 
192.168.200.1:8585 problem.

I'm going to disable the FW.
